TRAINIXY REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have up to 90 days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by tracking information) to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and maintained in its original condition.
  • All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@trainixy.com, and our team will provide you with the return address along with detailed instructions. Please note that Trainixy does not cover return shipping costs.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you the necessary return instructions. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Without visual proof, Trainixy reserves the right to make a final decision on the resolution on a case-by-case basis.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

After we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be issued back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please be aware that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for covering all return shipping expenses. Please note that any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Additionally, Trainixy is not liable for any returned items until they have been successfully delivered and officially received by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again to ensure the transaction has not already been posted.

Next, please contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to be officially processed and reflected on your statement. After that, you may also want to reach out to your bank, since there is often a processing period before refunds are fully completed.
